I was given this cake recipe by a friend who suggested it for my vegan sister. The cake is one of the easiest things I have ever made and is ridiculously yummy. The cake is vegan, but you would never know it from the taste. The frosting calls for milk and butter, but if you are vegan or allergic to dairy, the cake would be great with another frosting or even fresh strawberries.
